SANGITA KATHIWADA
A pioneer in her field, Sangita Sinh Kathiwada established Melange in 1993, a first of its kind multi-designer fashion boutique on Altamount Road in Mumbai. Ever since, sustainability in design has been a centrifugal force in her work and personal life. It transcends beyond fashion and can be seen in the various projects she has developed across India with a strong focus on aesthetics. She serves on the board of Lakme Fashion Week, Morarka Cultural Center and various family owned enterprises. She is a trustee of the Kathiwada Foundation.
DIGVIJAY SINH KATHIWADA
A graduate of Policy, Planning & Development from the University of Southern California, Digvijay started his career in the arts with Osian’s Auction House in Mumbai before moving to managing the Kathiwada Estate portfolio. His ambitious plans for Kathiwada's development across sectors of tourism, agriculture and philanthropy have taken flight with various projects in the region. Since 2015, he has co-founded three sustainable clothing brands with his wife Swati. He is the principal trustee of the Kathiwada Foundation.

SWATI KATHIWADA
A graduate in fashion design from Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), New York, Swati pursued a career in styling before moving to her family business in hospitality. In 2015 she co-founded Sportsqvest.com with her husband Digvijay, a zero-waste sustainable activewear brand made in India. Swati is the CEO of Kathiwada Brands Pvt. Ltd. that houses three sustainable clothing labels. In 2017 Swati launched Kathiwada's first mechanized organic farm with plans of expansion in 2022. She is a trustee of the Kathiwada Foundation and aspires for all businesses to be carbon neutral by 2026.
